The resident meal plans operate on a declining balance system (similar to a debit card), which allows the students to monitor their accounts with each transaction. The "Western 1" student identification card acts also as the King's meal card. Meal cards must be presented at each transaction. All students living in residence must purchase a meal plan. Meal Plans are non-transferable and may only be accessed by the individual student.
